As nature cycles and needs to rest, so do humans.

I had to reach burnout three times to realize I was existing entirely in my head, ignoring my body’s needs and disconnected from our mother, earth.

The focus of my work is to hold space for people to slow down to enable the regeneration process to begin.

Also, it was only when I slowed down, properly, that my inner queerness began to emerge. Now that is magic.

We get stuck on certain things that we want to change. And having a coach, having this other human outside of yourself, guiding internal discoveries, gives you the strength to see where you need to be. A coach is very different from a mentor. A mentor might say “I bestow on you all of my experience and wisdom.” Coaches help you see you already have this wisdom inside you.

I believe in slow coaching because it’s more than just giving you a fix. I make it experiential so people can access inner space. There’s this phrase “I hold space,” but I’m talking experientially. Really holding a container for you to drop into an expansive place of peace and knowing within.

slow COACHING

Are you feeling overwhelmed about a 'return to normalcy'?
Are you involved in organizing?
Are you experiencing stress and anxiety related to protest, conflict, arrest?
Are you grieving a family member, friend or other being?
Do you provide care for others, and have you lost a sense of self in the process of assisting others?
Are you required to maintain multiple roles in order to survive?
Answering yes to any one of these questions?
A slow coaching practice may support you to find some calm and peace.
